Withdrawal / Return – Product Change
30 calendar days from the date you receive it. Delivery date of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier on the receipt.
If the return is not made within 30 days then the SAINT TAILOR may not accept it.
To exercise the right of return – change, you must:
- Fill in and submit the” Change Form / Product Return ”included in the package you received with your order.
- Send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, ie it is complete, without damage and without the special markings of the product, inside the package you received.
The products are returned by you exclusively with the shipping courier you received and is listed on courier receipt.
Transportation Expenses
Returns – changes are made exclusively with the shipping courier you received and always at the recipient’s expense, ie the SAINT TAILOR.
- In case the customer chooses another transport company , the shipping costs are borne by exclusively the customer. Returns – Changes with another shipping company and charge of SAIT TAILOR , will not be received.
Returns
- If the reason for the return is an error SAINT TAILOR refunds the entire amount paid by the customer.
- In case the customer wishes to return his order without any fault of the customer SAINT TAILOR , shipping costs are deducted from the refunded amount and amount to 6,20€.
Refunds are processed within 60 days from the date we receive the products.
Changes
The first change is always free , free of charge to the customer. For each subsequent change concerning the same order, there is a charge of 6,20€ for each new shipment.
If you are in Attica, you can make your change at the SAINT TAILOR store with the necessary documents (Retail Receipt or Shipping Invoice), free of charge .
In short, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:
- return within 30 days of receipt
- product not used
- product be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (eg Receipt Retail, Invoice Delivery Invoice, etc.)
Important:
For hygiene reasons no products that can affect personal hygiene are returned. Some of them are:
- Underwear
- Swimwear (bottom)
- Socks

Defective Products
In cases where, through proven fault of SAINT TAILOR, defective products were sold or by mistake in the receipt of the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then assumes full responsibility for replacement, return costs, as well as shipping costs.
The return conditions remain the same as those mentioned above.
